Beneath One Sky Spring Fest on Campus welcomes large and small businesses, non-profit organizations and community organizations to participate. Beneath One Sky reserves the right to refuse booth space to any applicant, as well as to terminate the participation of vendors who do not comply with our Participation Guidelines (listed below).

To be considered as a participant, please read the following information and guidelines below, then complete either our online form or download an application and mail or submit it with the required documentation and fees.

Participation Guidelines

Beneath One Sky promotes a strong sense of community among the diverse people of our community. Our mission is to raise awareness and taking initiative to conquer poverty in our neighbour and around the world. All proceeds from the Beneath One Sky Spring Fest on Campus will go towards our programs to stop poverty. Our goals for this three-day event are:

  • To welcome all members of the community to Beneath One Sky Spring Fest on Campus, including students.
  • To offer performing artists rooted in the community an opportunity to engage in and showcase local performances.

Participation in the Beneath One Sky Spring Fest on Campus Exposition

Businesses and community organizations who embrace the mission of the Beneath One Sky Spring Fest on Campus are welcome to participate in this annual event.

  1. Organizations and businesses wishing to purchase 10’x10’ booth space must submit an application, available online at http://www.beneathonesky.org. Organizations/businesses will be notified of their acceptance to participate in a timely manner. Organizations/businesses must give notice prior to the event on how setup is needed provide their own setup (tables, chairs, etc).
    Note: Convocation mall has a policy of being commercial free. Any sales conducted must be approved by the Spring Fest Committee, and proceeds must go towards a good cause (ex. fundraising for organization/club, free trade, partial proceeds donating to charity, etc.)
  2. All participants may make special requests for a booth location. We will try to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee them. Payment must be in the form of a cheque or money order. Applications that are rejected will receive a full refund.
  3. All Beneath One Sky Spring Fest on Campus are expected to respect others, accepting of diverse people and presentations and performances, and comply with these guidelines. Those who do not comply will be asked to leave, and will not be eligible for participation in the future.
  4. All participants must keep their booth occupied during the whole event, or must inform Spring Fest Staff member(s) if they must leave their booth unattended for an extended amount of time.
