October 13th – We Day Vancouver

October 15th – Our first backpack run of the semester. We’re meeting at Waterfront station bright and early at 7:30AM!

October 19th – Last day to vote for Beneath One Sky at Aviva Community Fund! Help us win some funding to support Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Remember, you can vote once everyday until October 19th.

October 29th – The Scare Affair hosted by CFC-Youth and Youth ANCOP at OLGC Auditorium in Surrey. All Hallow’s Eve themed games, prizes, raffles, performances, movies, bobbing for apples, face painting, pumpkins and even a Haunted House! This is to raise funds for the Typhoon victims in the Philippines, a calamity that shook the region of Luzon for the past month. Facebook Info

October 31st – Burnaby Campus Halloween Bake Sale! Bakers and Table Watchers are needed, let us know if you can help out!

All throughout October

- SFU Club meetings every Monday at 2:30PM (Burnaby Campus) and every Tuesday at 1:30PM (Surrey campus), except for a few odd days due to holidays and midterms. Locations of meetings change and will be updated once confirmed.

- The Recycling Drive! We’re looking for old ink, toner, cartridges, cell phones, cameras, mp3s, etc. You can drop things off at the Surrey Campus room 3390 or just email recycle@beneathonesky.org for pick up!
